Landcom develops government owned land. Our advice on stakeholder and communication management has helped it successfully manage numerous infrastructure development projects, such as the Royal North Shore Hospital public private partnership.

Quartier the French Grocer

Quartier is a fast growth food business in Singapore. We have defined and implemented its external communication strategy, including branding, social media and events management.

Global Renewables

Organisational Performance Evaluation
NSW North Coast Institute of TAFE

The TAFE is the largest vocational education and training institution in NSW with over 18 campuses. It wanted to improve the capacity of its Indigenous students to transition from education to sustainable employment . We developed the strategy it could apply to achieve this.

Sustainable Capacity Building
Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation

The Foundation provides leadership and development programs for young people in Western Australia. It ran into financial trouble and its government funding was at risk. Our evaluation of its financial viability and social value, and the new funding model we developed, improved its sustainability and secured government funding.

Community Engagement
Council of Australian Governments

All of the governments in Australia wanted to develop an agenda for future research to guide their thinking about disability policy. We developed and implemented the strategy to consult with key stakeholders in the disability sector. This included facilitating a national roundtable and preparing a report for Ministers on the recommended policy research agenda.
