Tracey has a masters’ degree in sustainable development and over 25 years’ experience advising government and business on development and human capital issues. This includes extensive Indigenous community development experience in remote areas in Northern Territory and Queensland.

She is a member of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).

She is a former Board member of the Queensland Building Services Authority and was appointed to co-ordinate strategies around community recovery/rebuilding following Cyclones Yasi (2011) and Larry (2006) in Queensland.
